AI visibility for local businesses

What AI says about your business is the new front door

Customers now ask ChatGPT, Google AI, Bing Copilot, and Claude “who should I call?” — and go with the names those tools give them. Neon Results checks whether you’re one of those names, shows you why or why not, and fixes what’s in your control. Any trade, any local business. Launching in Las Vegas.

No placement guarantees — ever. Anyone who guarantees AI placement isn’t telling you the truth.

What an audit checks

Six areas decide whether AI tools can find you, understand you, and trust what they read about you. The audit works through all six and puts the fixes in priority order.

1

One identity, everywhere

Your name, address, phone, and hours, compared across Google, Yelp, the BBB, Angi, Apple Maps, Bing, and your own site. When the facts disagree, AI tools have less reason to trust any of them.

  • Every version of your phone, address, and hours in circulation
  • One canonical set of facts to correct toward
2

Categories and services

Your primary category tells the platforms what you do. Filed under the wrong one, you get shown to the wrong customers — or not shown at all.

  • The primary category that matches your trade
  • Every service you offer, named the way customers ask for it
3

The AI answers themselves

The questions a customer would actually ask, put to the major AI tools, with every answer recorded and dated.

  • A fixed 28-question set, the same set every time
  • Who gets named instead of you, and what’s said about you when you are named
4

Website pages and schema

AI tools pull from your site. Pages that answer the money questions — services, prices, areas, hours — give them something accurate to say.

  • Service and price pages that match your listings
  • Structured data (schema) checked and corrected
5

Reviews and replies

Reviews are part of what AI draws on when it describes your business, and what customers read before they call.

  • Review counts and ratings across platforms, side by side
  • Unanswered reviews flagged — every one deserves a reply
6

The sources AI cites

Directories, trade associations, suppliers, and local publications feed the answers too. Wrong facts there undercut the right facts everywhere else.

  • Third-party listings checked against your canonical facts
  • Relevant places your business should appear, and doesn’t

How AI answers pick a business

When someone asks an AI tool for a recommendation, it builds the answer from what it can read about you. There is no secret list and no paid placement — the tools work from your public footprint:

What the tools read

  • Your Google Business Profile and map listings
  • Your reviews, across every platform
  • Your website — services, prices, hours, areas served
  • Directories and other sites that mention you

What that means for you

A review describing the job and the town, backed by a service page with clear hours and coverage, gives the answer something specific and accurate to say. Contradictions — three phone numbers, two addresses, hours that disagree — give it a reason to name a competitor whose facts are clean. That gap is fixable, and fixing it is the work.

How it works

Three steps. You can stop after any of them — the audit and its fix list are yours to keep either way.

1

Get your audit

Tell us your business and where you work. We run the fixed question set across the AI tools, check every version of your facts in circulation, and deliver a written report in 3–5 days — with a short walkthrough call if you want one.

2

See what’s holding you back

Every fix in priority order, with the reason behind it, and the gap between you and the businesses getting named instead. Follow the plan yourself, or hand it to us.

3

Fix it, then keep score

The Foundations Sprint does the fix work for you. After that, optional monthly monitoring re-runs the same questions so you can watch whether your mentions move — measured, never promised.

What we measure — and what nobody can promise

AI answers vary from run to run and person to person. Honest measurement allows for that instead of pretending it away.

What we measure

  • The same fixed questions, re-run on a schedule
  • Whether the answers name you, and how often
  • Which businesses they name instead
  • Your facts’ consistency across the web, before and after fixes

What nobody can promise

  • A guaranteed place in any AI answer
  • The same answer for every customer who asks
  • A date by which you will be named

We won’t promise those either. What we do is show you what the tools say today, fix what’s in your control, and re-check on a schedule so the results are visible.

Pricing

Straightforward, on purpose. The audit is a fixed price, the fix is a fixed scope quoted after your audit, and monitoring is optional and month-to-month.

Common questions

What exactly is an AI visibility audit?

We ask the questions your customers ask — “best [trade] in Las Vegas,” “who should I call for [service]” — across ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Bing Copilot, and Claude, and record who gets named. Then we check every version of your business facts (phone, address, hours, categories) across the web and hand you a prioritized fix list.

Which businesses do you work with?

Any trade and any local business — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, garage door, landscaping, and every other shop a customer might ask an AI about. We’re launching in Las Vegas and work remotely from there.

Can you guarantee the AI tools will name my business?

No — and nobody honestly can. AI answers change from run to run. What we can do is fix the things within your control that the tools read, and measure the results on a schedule so you can see whether they move.

Can I do the fixes myself?

Yes. The audit lists each fix in priority order and explains why it matters, and it’s yours to keep. The Sprint exists for owners who’d rather hand the work over.

Why is monitoring only for Sprint customers?

Because re-measuring an unfixed listing just documents the same problem every month. Once your identity is consistent, monthly re-runs show real movement worth tracking.

Do I need a website?

It helps — the AI tools check your site against your profiles. If you don’t have one, the audit says what your profiles can do on their own, and the Sprint can build the pages that matter most.

Is there a contract?

The audit and Sprint are one-time, fixed-scope work. Monitoring is month-to-month and can be cancelled any time.
